Terms of Service
1. Nature of the Service
Kredinet offers a "Buy Now, Pay Later" (BNPL) service. The User (Payer) authorizes Kredinet to pay a partner merchant in Haiti for a good or service, agreeing to repay said amount plus applicable charges in monthly installments.
2. The Down Payment
To activate any financing, the User must make a non-refundable initial payment of 20% of the total purchase value. Once this payment is processed, Kredinet will issue the delivery order to the merchant.
3. Payment Obligation and Credit
The User agrees to pay the installments on the agreed dates. Reporting to Credit Bureaus: The User agrees that Kredinet may report their payment behavior to credit agencies in the U.S. (Experian/Equifax/TransUnion). Late payments may incur late fees and negatively affect the User's credit score.
4. Delivery of Goods and Liability
Kredinet is a financial facilitator. The quality, warranty, and physical delivery of the product are the sole responsibility of the Partner Merchant in Haiti. Any claims regarding the product must be directed to the merchant. Kredinet will not cancel the debt due to product warranty issues.
5. Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
